Not sick.
Vomit bag, monitor airway.

Low Blood sugar less than 70.

76 y/o male, chief complaint of shortness of breath. History of COPD and asthma, on home O2 at 3LPM. Pt has 02 Saturation of 80%. Pt has not taken his prescribed inhaler.
Sick.
Place pt on high flow oxygen at 10-15LPM. Call for ALS if not already on scene. Prepare a neb setup if available, if not assist pt with prescribed inhaler.

1 Tube or 15 grams or titrate to effect.

Right out of the station, left onto Main St, around the rotary onto Elm St, left onto Congress St, right onto Warren Ave.
Blue skin color representing poor profusion.

Pt is a 35 y/o male who has been battling depression since his recent break up with the love of his life. Pt cut himself with a razor blade and now has uncontrolled bleeding. Pt is pale, cool, and diaphoretic. Pt has a HR of 120 and a BP of 90/50.
Sick.
Place tourniquet on Pt above injury, lay pt in a trendelenburg position. Call for ALS if not already on scene.
1 Tab/spray SL every 5 minutes to a maximum of 3 doses.
Must be pt's own Nitro
Include doses self-administered PTA
SBP must be greater then 120mmHG

Pt is a 66 y/o female complaining of itchy skin and some throat irritation. Pt states that she has a known allergy to peanuts and may have ingested some with her lunch. Pt's HR is 120, BP is 100/76 02 Saturation of 92%. Pt does not have her prescribed Epi Pen with her.
Sick.
Call medical control for permission to give Pt epi-pen. Place pt on 02 via NRB at 10-15LPM. Call for ALS if not already on scene.
0.15mg.
Pt must be over 6 months and under 25KG.
