If someone going to visit a patient asks you for a specific room number, do you have to send them to the desk or can you tell them how to get to that room?
You can send them to that room. No other info.
Why do we apologize for the "experience" instead of the particular thing that happened?
Because it leaves out the "blame" & you cannot argue with the fact that they experienced this.
