False - William didn't give the parts to Henry because after Fredy Fazbear's Pizza shut down in 1985, William snuck in and dismantled the animatronics piece by piece and then took 2 versions. The first were the prototype versions called unnightmare animatronics. Creepy goofy ahh characters. The 2nd one was extra parts for the funtime animatronics. He stole the endoskeletons and then melted them and then injected the spirits inside of the animatronics. FNAF physics explains this (ie: Scott).
True - Then in the summer of 1987, Henry was starting think if he should move companies. But then, after looking at the toys that William made for the Fredbear and Friends show and also a character from Williams restaurant that got shut down (Circus Baby Pizza World). A character named Funtime Foxy: Henry has an idea to copy this character. Henry wasn't even worried about copyright issues since the place shut down it doesn't matter. Then turned the character into Toy Foxy, a female fox. Sadly the kids kept dismantling her and they named the character Mangled (gender unknown).

He had a brilliant idea, to use animatronics that look friendly but act evil. We had ripoff versions who were copyrighted but we got the canon versions that are Circus baby, Ballora, Funtime Chica, Funtime Freddy and his partner Bonbon, and his best pal funtime Foxy. Circus Baby was the main animatronic. Fazbear Entertainment got suspicious. William Afton said stuff about the animatronics' purpose and what they were going to do. Fazbear Entertainment said that's not what they wanted. Sadly, a few days after at Circus baby Pizza World, Elizabeth did not listen to her father and she went. She was dumb. She was possessed by the animatronic in the end. They opened a place called Circus Baby Repairment, where they could bring their animatronics to a children's birthday party, somebody's house, or a mall, idc.
