What is Matn and sanad?
Matn contains actual sayings, actions and tacit approvals of Prophet Muhammed (SAW). Sanad means the chain of narrators (isnad) that goes through the student of successor (tabaattabieen) , to the successor (tabieen) to a companion (sahaba) to the text(matn).

What is the difference between a Nabi and a Rasool?
*Every rasool is a nabi, AND every nabi is not rasool. *A Rasool was a messenger of Allah who was given a new Shariah (codes of law) from Allah. *A Nabi was also the messenger of Allah, but he was not given any new Shariah and followed the shariah of earlier Rasool.
