In Jojo's Bizarre Adventure part 4: Diamond is Unbreakable, the town of Morioh is brought into havoc by the introduction of a Stand-Arrow. This arrow creates most Stands the protagonists have to face, although some non-stand encounters with ghosts also ruffle some feathers, like Reimi with her dog Arnold and the father of Kira Yoshikage.

Um, Actually, Kira's father Yoshiteru is a Stand user with the Stand ATOM HEART FATHER.

In Malifaux, players build crews by spending 50 soulstones on characters and upgrades. The unspent stones are kept in reserve, a maximum of 10 may be held this way. After building a crew, you pick your schemes from the scheme-pool and decide which player will be the attacker.

Um, actually, the attacker is determined before building your crew.

The Rift contains many dangers. Like jungle creeps that grant low rewards, enemy players playing OVERPOWERED BULLSHIT CHAMPS, and towers that attack you as soon as you enter their sight-line.

Um, actually, towers only attack you if there are no minions in sight or if you attack an enemy champ.

After drawing a card and untapping your permanents, any abilites that trigger at the start of your turn are put on the stack in the order of your choosing in the "upkeep phase". For example, if a card says "at the beginning of your turn, you may destroy target creature with power 3 or greater" you would do this before you play your land for turn.

Um, actually, Your upkeep comes between your untap and draw step, not after.

At the top of every level is a boss. On the first level you can face of against the Slime Boss, Champion, or Hexaghost. On your way there you can encounter events, enemies, shops, and campfires.

Um, actually, the Champion is a boss for the second level.

Although the main antagonist of Jojo's Bizarre Adventure part 6: Stone Ocean is often referred to as a "gay black priest" it would be more accurate to call him an "asexual Italian chaplain". DIO specifically remarks how Pucci isn't someone who is guided by sexual impulses, he shares two white parents with his only sibling, and the title chaplain is more apt for a priest in a prison.

Um, actually, Pucci has two siblings. Domenico Pucci (Wes Bluemarine, Weather Report) and Pearla Pucci.

At the start of every turn, before card abilities and the initiative flip, players shuffle their discard pile into their deck and then discards any amount of cards before drawing up to their maximum hand-size (which is 6 by default).

Um, actually, discard piles are shuffled into the decks at the end of turn, not at the start.

Although vision is an important factor in gaining control of the map, there are debates concerning what trinket is best, as they interact in a sort-of rock-paper-scissor dynamic. The farsight ward reaches far but only has one hit point and is the only ward to not become invisble at all. The regular, yellow trinket has three hit point and stealths after a few seconds. The oracle lens reveals other wards but does nothing to gain more vision after the scan ends.

Um, actually, the farsight ward is not the only ward to stay visible. The control ward also does this.

Among the evergreen combat keywords, there is no clear winner. No keyword is strictly better than another. First Strike and Trample are good for creatures with high STR, but First Strike keeps the creature alive while Trample helps push through damage. Flying makes you harder to block but is countered by other creatures with Flying. Menace and Deathtouch makes you harder to block, but for different reasons. Vigilance and Lifelink both help in keeping you safe while attacking and defending but cannot be said to be strictly better than each other.

Um, Actually, Double Strike is just strictly better than First Strike.

The Spire is filled with all manner of beasts and creatures. There are goblins that host gameshow games, vampires that give you Bite cards, and a wizard that sells you potions. Although most "?" spaces contain theses events, they can also contain regular fights and even shops.

Um, actually, the lady who sells you potions is not a wizard.

The Mysterious Stand Arrows often chose human to draw out their inner power, but it has been known to grant Stands to animals on occasion. This includes, but is not limited to: the Boston Terrier Iggy, the falcon Pet Shop, the gorilla Forever, and the rat Bug-Eaten.

Um, actually, Forever is an Orangutan.

Being able to cheat fate allows a player to alter the flipped card of any flip they make, unless it's a negative flip or a card ability prevents you. For example, if somone has a double negative (- -) they would flip three cards and choose the lowest. If more than one card is tied for lowest, the flipper picks one of them, the rest are discarded.

Um, actually, you also cannot cheat if you flip the Black Joker.

Many champions have close relations to others. Nasus and Renekton are brothers, as are Yasuo and Yone. Xayah and Rakan are married, as a Lucian and Senna. Some relations are more antagonistic in nature. Sion killed Jarvan IV's father and Graves is hunting Twisted Fate.

Um, actually, Xayah and Rakan are not married. They have something greater, that cannot be explained by the human word "love".

The world that MTG takes place in is the Multiverse, a collection of dimensions connected by the Blind Eternities. Traditionally, each Standard legal set takes place on a single plane, although planeswalkers from other planes can freely travel between planes. The most commonly visited plane i Ravnica, which has been visited in 9 sets.

Um, actually, Dominaria has been visited over 40 times.

Among the 4 different characters you can play as in the Spire you have several different themes to play on and build around. The Ironclad cares about Block, discarding cards, and hurting himself, among other things. The Silent cares about poison and Shivs. The Defect cares about Powers and Orbs. The Watcher cares about retaining and Stances. While they share some colorless cards, most cards are unique to each character.

Um, actually, the Ironclad cares about Exhausting, not discarding.

Children and inheritence is a major theme in Jojo's Bizarre Adventure. In every part but Golden Wind, the main gang is helped out by a child for at least a few chapters. Poco, Smokey, Anne, Hayato, and Emporio. Although some of them impact the story in a major way, we never return to their stories or see them grow up.

Um, actually, we see Smokey become a mayor in Georgia.

In the story of Malifaux, the Tyrants are interdimensional god-like beings who are currently hiding inside vessels, biding their time. Some of their locations are known. Like Nytemare, who poses as the best friend of the child known as "the Dreamer"; or the Dragon, who resides inside Shen Long. December is possessing Rasputina and Obliteration motivates Tara's personal crusade.

Um, actually, the Dragon is split, only half of it is in Shen Long.

The so-called "Original 40" are the champs who were playable on release. Almost all of theses have recieved full reworks. Alistair no longer deals increased damage to turrets. Gangplank can no longer kill his own minions. Kassadin no longer steals mana. Sona no longer refreshes her songs when she touches an ally. Teemo no longer increases the movespeed of friendly champs following him.

Um, actually, Sona is not an "Original 40" champ.

400

If a creature with Trample and Deathtouch is blocked by a creature with Indestructible, the attacker would deal all of its damage to the blocker, no matter how high STR it has.

um, actually, the attacker would deal 1 dmg to the blocker and the rest to the target of the attack.

The rich get richer. The Hand of Greed lets you gain extra gold and if you're facing an the Reptillomancer you can keep gaining gold as long you keep yourself alive. The Spoon can help you reuse the Hand of Greed but to be sure you can play the Ironclad to return cards from the Exhaust area. Greed is good.

Um, actually, Hand of Greed gives you gold on FATAL attacks. Killing a minion is not considered FATAL.

500

Fate is a physical force in world of Jojo's Bizarre Adventure. Fortunetelling is an accurate science, and the Antagonist Stands of parts 4,5, and 6 interact with it directly. Bites the Dust rewinds time but adds immovable events to fate (at least until the ability is recalled), King Crimson removes Diavolo and his actions from reality but forces the rest of the universe to follow fate, Made in Heaven resets the universe after a full rotation and forces all souls inside it to be aware of their fate.

Um, actually, King Crimson doesn't remove the actions of Diavolo from reality.

500

If a model with incorporeal is pushed of a ht3 hill into hazardous terrain by an enemy attack action that deals 2 dmg, it will take a total of 3 dmg.

Um, actually, it will only lose 2 health. 1 from the attack (2-1 from incorporeal), 1 from the fall (3/2 rounded down to 1), but no damage from the Hazardous terrain (ignored by Incorporeal).

500

Increasing your survivability is a valuable way to impact the game. Each point of armor reduces the damage you take by 1%, the percentage is then reduced by half your total armor.

Um, actually, the real equation is:
DMG Reduction = Armor/(Armor+100).

500

Many of the effects in magic are named after the first card (or first memorable card) that used that effect. Milling comes from millstone, bolting comes from Lightning Bolt, Topping comes from Top of the Line, and Anthem comes from Glorious Anthem.

Um, actually, Topping comes from Sensei's Divining Top.

The combat starts, I draw 5 cards and gain 4 energy (one extra from the Lantern). I play 2 Defend's and a Bash, giving the enemy 2 Vulnerable. The enemy strikes me for 14, I reduce it to 4 and take 1 damage (further reduces by the Toori). The next turn, I play the same cards and increase the vulnerable to 3. This time, the enemy strikes for 21, so take 11 damage. The third and final turn, I play three strikes and end the combat by killing the enemy.

Um, actually, the Lantern only gives an extra energy the first turn.
