NO. Medical testing should not be ordered by an agent if the testing is not an age and amount requirement without authorization from a home office underwriter. Doing so could result in the agent being charged for the expense incurred.

NO. If copies are made available to us, we will consider using another carrier's paramed exam, or lab results completed within the last 12 months through age 69. Age 70 and above, we will consider if completed within last six months.
