Role Identity
This is the idealized version of yourself you aspire to be, encompassing your hopes, dreams, and ambitions.
Ideal Self
Refers to the inner self; maintaining a person as a separate and self-contained individual.
Self independet

Refers to an individual's understanding of their own existence and their relationship with the world around them.

Refers to the individual differences in characteristic patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving that define a person.
Personality
Measures how a person recognizes emotions in themselves and others.
Emotional Quotient or EQ (Emotional Intelligence)
Self identity
This system determines someone's personality development, mental abilities, and sensory-motor skills.
Nervous System
Identity
Refers to one's knowledge and understanding of one's own learning characteristics, motivation, and capabilities.
Self knowledge
Shows a person's ability to learn, understand, and apply his information and skills.
A mental picture of an individual and is quite resistant to change through time regarding one's abilities, personality, and role.
Self image
The physical surrounding factors that affect a person's development. Ex. home, school, early experience, maturation and personality, and success and failures.
Environmental Factors
These are group memberships (e.g. family, nationality, profession).
Social Identity
Defined as an independent and self-determined action of one person.
A person's decision to carry out actions which have thought about [themselves] and not been told to do by others.
Self Activity
Refers to a person's ability to understand, manage, and regulate their emotions; how a person deals with adversity.
Adversity Quotient
The study of genes, refers to genes as the carriers of hereditary traits from one generation to the next.
Heredity (Genetics)
Those individual traits and characteristics [of a person.]
Personal Identity
This refers to who you are at the present, including your real qualities, experiences, and limitations.
