Define the identity pursuit
teaching students knowledge and creating spaces for them to apply their knowledge to the world. Deeper than the learning of discrete skills, the pursuit of intellect asks teachers to make clear the ways in which students can apply skills to learning about people, places, things, events, and new concepts.
