Difference - Primary is from a historical time period, Secondary is written afterwards
Use Relative AND Absolute Location in a logical sentence so people would understand what each term means.
Example: The absolute location of GO-NYC is 38 Delancey St and the Relative Location is that it is near Chinatown.
