The ability to handle the stresses and changes of everyday life in a reasonable way

The ability to resist impulses and consistently behave in healthful and positive ways.
What is Self-Discipline?
The way a person feels about him or herself at any particular time.
What is self-esteem?
A sense of pressure to do something just because others are doing it.
What is peer pressure?
An organized group of criminals with a structured membership and a defined leader.
What is a gang?
The volume, pitch, inflection, and pace of your words as you speak.
What is your tone of voice?
The condition of a person’s relationship with others
What is Social Health?
The act of avoiding an immediately enjoyable behavior in the hopes of getting an even better reward at a later time.
What is delayed gratification?
A feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease.
What is Anxiety?
Behavior that is intended to hurt other people. This behavior may happen repeatedly. The person being often feels that he or she cannot do anything to stop the behavior.
What is Bullying?
The act of resolving conflict or a dispute through reason.
What is Conflict Resolution?
Communicating one's thoughts and feelings. Happens in a harsh or angry manner that does not respect the feelings of other people.
What is aggressive communication?
The condition of a living organisms body at a given time
What is Physical Health?
A person's understanding of his or her own health, as well as the ability to comprehend new information about health and medicine.
What is Health Literacy?
Methods used to deal with or manage a stressful situation.
What are coping skills?
Computer content in which people share, create, or exchange information or ideas.
What is Social Media?
Hostile or violent behavior toward someone else. This behavior may include an attack or confrontation.
What is aggression?
Communicating one's thoughts and feelings clearly. Happens while respecting the thoughts and feelings of other people.
What is assertive communication?
A person's overall physical, mental, and social condition. Not just the absence of disease or "feeling sick."
What is Health?
An action that increases a person's chance of suffering an illness or injury

The use of social networking to attack, bully, or harass another person.
What is cyberbullying?
A method of discipline in which anyone who breaks even a minor rule receives punishment. Such a policy is intended to reinforce the importance of the rules and deter violations.
What is a no-tolerance policy? (zero-tolerance policy)
Agreement on a decision by a group.
