Bias is a preconceived favor towards one thing over another, typically in a way that is unfair. Media literacy is the ability to analyze media and determine if things are accurate or not or determine what bias exists. They should reach for neutrality because they should focus on presenting the facts and allowing people to make their own opinions on events.
