Allah (swt) will raise those who have knowledge above those who do not know. This is due to the abundance of reward that Allah (swt) will bestow on one with knowledge, which in turn will elevate him in two ways. He will be given high status in this world and he will be in a higher rank at Jannah in the hereafter.
