All the steps to performing Hands Only CPR

1.  Ask the person if they are okay

2.  Place hand on chest to see if they are breathing

3. Assertively tell a specific person to call 911

4. Assertively tell a specific person to get the AED

5. Assertively tell a person to sit next to you to watch in case they need to take over

6. Start compressions:  Kneel beside the person.  Heel of hand in middle of chest (nipple line), push down hard at least two inches, 100 beats per minute
