❓Which tense should go in the blank — present perfect or present perfect progressive — and why?

What is: have known (Present Perfect Simple)?

🧠 Why?
Because "know" is a stative verb — it describes a mental state or condition, not an action in progress. Even though the stress is ongoing, "know" doesn’t take the progressive form. So we use:
“I have known you’ve been stressed since the exams.”
