Ascension
The second part of the Mass, in which Jesus becomes present, the Sacrifice takes place, and Jesus comes to his people in Holy Communion.
What is the Liturgy of the Eucharist?
A serious offense against the law of God that destroys grace in our souls.
What is mortal sin?
The explanation of the Word of God by the priest at Mass.
What is the Homily?
The Sacrifice of the Cross that takes place every day on our altars, and a sacred meal in which we receive Jesus.
What is the Holy Eucharist?
A smaller sin that can weaken our friendship with God.
What is venial sin?
A judgement based on God's laws to decide if an action is right or wrong.
What is Conscience?
Jesus changes bread and wine into his Body and Blood through the words and actions of the priest.
What is the Consecration?
Not to do something we should have done.
What is the Sin of Omission?
