What is 21 years or older and has held a license for a minimum of 3 years
In most circumstances this time frame is when a provisional license holder under the age of 18 may not drive

Students must score at least this on the final exam to complete their classroom requirements

A new driver under the age of 25 is required by law to practice night driving for at least these many hours
