Court Case - High School freshmen were caught smoking cigarettes in the bathroom by a teacher. The assistant vice principal, questioned them, and one girl admitted to smoking but the other girl denied it. The assistant vice principal forced her to hand over her purse and he searched it. He found cigarettes, along with drug paraphernalia, and evidence that she was a drug dealer in the school.
