What are the qualifications for joining our credit union?

SHORT VERSION:  Serving select counties in Northern Nevada and Treasure Valley Idaho.

MEDIUM VERSION: Membership open to those who live, work, worship, own a business, or attend school in Carson City, Churchill, Douglas, Humboldt, Lander, Lyon, Pershing, Storey, or Washoe County, Nevada; or Canyon, Gem, or Owyhee County, Idaho.

Explain a Premium Money Market.

Need to open with $2500.  If balance is below $2500 they will be charged $10 monthly.  It is a tiered rate account.  They are allowed to write 3 checks monthly on this share.  This is when the checks clear not when they write them.

Explain a Fresh Start Checking?

If a new member has been reported to Chex System for like: account abuse and they owe moneys to another Financial Institution(FI).  As long as it is $1500 or less we can continue with the Fresh Start Checking.  We will be doing a Credit Builder Loan and once the loan is paid off the loan department will payoff the other FI'(s).
