No. Pay rate negotiations are routed through the FLEX team. Obtain a justification from the ETW, provide it to the MSP on the request, and the MSP will communicate with the Manager.

Does the 2080 LOS reset if an ETW rolls over to a new assignment?
No. A 90 day break in service from Nike must occur for the 2080 to reset. If an ETW moves to another assignment prior to taking a 90 day break, they are still held to the original 2080.
