Predictive Annual Mileage (PAM):
A tool used to estimate the annual mileage for each vehicle on the policy. PAM uses a variety of thirty party databases and policy characteristics such as how they drive, the age of their vehicles and where they live to help determine the annual mileage. We always disclose the PAM estimate to the customer when updating usage.
