What is Monday-Friday, between 9:00am and 3:40pm in the missionaries' time zone. Appointments can begin at 3:00pm but may not end later than 3:40pm. Sessions may not take place on Preparation Day, Saturdays nor Sundays.

You need to take a Thursday off to take a scheduled exam and you regularly meet with missionaries on Thursdays. You know how important it is to make sure that missionaries don't miss their session for the week, so you reschedule all those appointments to different days that week outside of your normal hours you work. Since you'll still be taking care of your missionaries, you don't submit a time off request.
