Monday and Wednesday. Make sure students are well behaved.

Who is in charge of the Study Hall table on field trip days?
There is no study hall table on Fridays.
If they have more than 3 missing assignments on a Friday, they must go to the office where they will be picked up by their parent and take an absence.
How many days are you allowed to miss during PREP?
1, That day needs to be made up, that's 8 1/2 hours of work! Any additional days need to be approved and may not be accepted based on the rigorous Summer schedule.
What is Two of the Five reasons breaking confidentiality (personal information) is allowed?
- To facilitate better instruction or supportive services for the student
- To develop an educational or behavior management plan with other staff members
- To inform Supervisory Staff as needed or directed (all information of any concern or importance MUST be reported)

The procedure for taking a kid to the office for an emergency or for bad behavior
Walk with the student to the office. You must not be alone with a child in the stairway or the elevator. Bring another child with you, Hope, Spencer, or another mentor. Make sure not to leave your kids alone.
How do you report behavior or incidences? How soon should you? What must you communicate to students when reporting a behavior/incident?
Fill out survey and let Hope know as soon as possible. You have to let students know you are filing the report.
What is the consequence for a third offense in regards to staff disciplinary action?
For the member’s third offense, the member may be suspended for one day or more without compensation and will not receive credit for any service hours missed. (Program will notify member in writing of the number of days of suspension)
