No, students are never allowed to have their phones out during PrimeTime AND during regular school hours

What is the difference between a PrimeTime supervisor's uniform and a regular staff uniform?
A Supervisor's uniform is a polo shirt, where a regular staff wears a t-shirt with the PrimeTime logo on the chest of the shirt.
Are PrimeTime staff allowed to have contact with students and their families out-side of program hours or at non-YMCA related events ?
No, team members may not meet program participants or families away from the work place or at non-YMCA related events

What is expected for our parents to do when they come in to take their students?
Every parent is expected to sign their students out with a signature and time

Anyone who is on that students participant packet and is authorized for pick up, minimum age is 18 years old.

What is a Single-Day Occurrence (SDO)?
A single day Occurrence is when a parent for any of the following reasons needs to pick their student/s up earlier then their Early Release time:
1. Parallel Program (Cheer, Dance, Football, etc.)
2. Family Emergencies
3. Family Obligation
4. Medical Appointment
5. Weather Condition
6. Medical Emergencies
7. Transportation
8. Illness

What is the staff to youth ratio that the state has deemed appropriate in our program for grades 1st - 12th?
1:20 (1 staff for 20 students)

What is a "Early Release"?
An Early Release is when a student leaves before the district enforced grace period which is between 5:45 - 6:00pm.
If a parent wishes to take student out before the grace period then they must fill out a Early Release Form so that their student's attendance continues to count.

How many hours of training are PrimeTime staff required to receive a year?
18 hours

What is the consequence of not signing and/or putting a time? (and/or SDO if needed)
If a parent forgets or neglects to sign a student out or put a time, their student's attendance will be non-compliant and their attendance will not count for that day. (This also is the same for forgetting to circle a Single-Day Occurrence)
