    • “Winning” SDR qualifies business and processes to Essentials BU as required based on Opp creation/Lead passing processes
    • If another SDR is working a Lead and the “winning” SDR (that received and qualified 800/Chat) needs to pass his/her Lead to Coach or Instal queue, s/he must notify “losing” SDR via chatter to pass his/her Lead to that same queue (or AM/Coach owner if the Lead has already been distributed)

      • “Winning” SDR can tag him/herself as “SR Owner” on “losing” SDRs Lead
      • Lead pass to queue by “winning” SDR does not need to be done within 90 minutes of inbound.
