Redeeming NDC Air Credit must be done at the time of cancellation of the airfare, or the credit will be considered nonrefundable and clients can't call back to redeem the credit. Clients must know the new dates when calling the contact center.
What if the Insurance Options aren't showing on the booking? Can we offer insurance?
If the insurance options are not showing, call the Helpline to confirm which policy is best for the package booked, then add the appropriate protection/insurance from 'Add Fees'

Applicable only for Scheduled Air with hotel reservations. Not Applicable with Scheduled Air Only.

No, Scheduled Airline Credits must be redeemed on the same airline the credit was issued.

If you need to modify NDC Air prior to ticketing (payment), you should cancel the reservation and create a new one.
When can VPP be added on a booking?
This policy can be purchased up until the final payment due date. Even if the booking is already paid in full.

After assessing the booking and checking for credit validity ALWAYS call the Air Department to confirm details and to verify if there is a re-booking fee before proceeding with any changes.

Use Reporting Memo template, include all details of the change and or cancellation.
Select 'Open' for Reporting Notes (cancellations and changes)
Change Action Code to 'PROB' for Reporting Notes (cancellations and changes)

No changes, no matter how minor, are allowed.

Cancellation fees per the terms and conditions schedule are waived and all payments will be protected in the form of Vacation Express travel voucher [VPP Voucher] - does not include scheduled air or feature penalties.

Airline Tickets (based on the payment screen), Insurance, and Feature Penalties must be paid for the clients to receive any cancel benefits. If not any money paid towards the booking is non-refundable.
I have a air credit with Southwest Airlines, how long do I have to use it?
The credit must be used 1 year from the ticket date (Travel by Date)

Low-Cost Carrier Airlines include Spirit Airlines, Frontier Airlines, and Sun Country.
I have a air credit from a regular ticket can I use it purchase a NDC fare?
Non-NDC airline credits cannot be used toward the purchase of an NDC fare.

Scenario:
Scheduled air booking with RDP for 2 pax. Client paid $750 and has no insurance on file. Looking to make a change on booking based on the below information how much do we need to collect from them minimum in order to complete change?
Ticket Amount (Payment Screen): $1000pp
2000+ 150 = 2150
Client paid $750 already so $2150-750= $1400 to be collected for the minimum required.
