vPads will need to be placed on the patient's side that is up or on patients back. A T or L formation is acceptable

The sensors should be cranial-caudal during the CT. If the pad is placed sideways, then the sensor won't make it into 3 axial slices. Rescan or replace pads before procedure

you can wedge patient slighty but cannot put them in a lateral position after supine ct scan
