When a Robot goes completely outside the playing Field, gets stuck, tips over, or otherwise requires assistance.

A Robot that is operating and reacting only to sensor inputs and to commands pre-programmed by the Students into the Robot control system. The Robot is operating without input from a VEX IQ Controller
