The VNA asks clinicians to sync their data at least 3x a day. What does it mean to sync?
In this scenario, syncing is a two way street. When a clinician syncs in remote client, they are pushing up new information that was documented on remote client (patient info, scheduling info, inbasket info, etc.), to the server. In turn, it also pushes down new information from the server, to the clinician's remote client. (ex- a new patient has been assigned to them).
Hyperspace users cannot see updates until clinicians sync.
