Demonstrate a volley
Volley- hands open, thumbs should point at opposite ear, forearms make a triangle, finger tips, move under the ball and use knee extension to play the ball. Used to return a slow pass and used to set up for an attack (near the net).

Dig- move to position, contact point and extend to target. Elbows should be straight and not bend, ‘touch’ rather than push movement, hands together, rest up fingers from left hand with that off right, close up thumbs until they are touching parallel, get hips under the ball.
