What does "Vote Anywhere" mean?
It means that during an election, an eligible voter should be able to vote at any polling station in the area an election is being held, regardless of where the riding they are voting in is located.

Vote tabulators can be made to accept ballots from multiple different ridings and sort them by riding. Electronic voters lists mean that pollworkers can have many lists of electors at their fingertips, allowing them to quickly sort through and assist voters from outside their assigned riding.
