PKMS screen will display expected quantity, then you physically count the items in the tote to verify quantity is correct.

If you are missing an item from a singles tote what should you do?
Turn on your andon light wait for a GL or Sup to verify the missing item. Once supervisor or group lead verifies the item is short they will then mark them item as missing from your screen.

If an item is damaged, what should you do?
Pack all undamaged items. Place damaged items (if leaking into a plastic bag) then place into research blue bin at station. Handler will then take item and put into loose piece bin.
How should your station look at end of shift?

Place extra items into the blue bin at station and handler will then take the item to loose pieces bin at research.
Where do cleaning supplies go, when cleaning is complete
To the shadow board or shelf with a matching label. Put away or hung up matching the pictures
What is the grace period for being late to work and back from lunch?
There is no grace period for being late and back from lunch, if you are late even a minute you will be pointed per our VSCO attendance policy.
