Shows details about a specific claim such as what type of wages are used on the claim, filing method, commuter, federal tax withholding, is it a partial claim, etc.

Shows a list of all the issues on a claim.

Shows all the claimant's wages.
Benefits Wages
This screen is the best screen to begin your search from. It will only show one line for a claimant instead of every claim they have filed.
Claimant Search
The _____ will show all the claims and programs that the claimant has filed for.
Claim Drop Down
Shows information on the initial, add, and reopen claims such as the file date, effective date and the separating employer on add claim.
Claim History
Shows details about a specific issue.

This screen allows you to see if a claimant has entered information into the IVR.
IVR Claimant Search
The ____ will show all the monetary determinations that the claimant has had on the claim.
Monetary Drop Down
Shows any employers added tot he claim and the details for each of those employers, base period/lag employers on the claim and smart links for adding employers to the claim.
