A return to the original form of payment, unless it is a gift or they have an issue with it going back to their card then you can put it on a gift card. Then you process a purchase for the new item in a separate transaction.

Describe how to execute a proper 'square' board fold.
- Place the bottom of the oval cutout above the top of the shirt
- Fold in both sides of the shirt so they are tight with the board and slightly taper at the bottom
- Fold the bottom of the shirt so it meets the bottom of the board, making sure the bottom is not too wide
- Hold in the shoulders of the shirt so they stay neat while folding the bottom up, making a perfect square

1. Email all management and the store as soon as you are not feeling well even if it is the night before; at least 1 hour before the start of your shift
