What is the difference between "provisional" admission and "conditional" admission?
Provisional - Usually for BSN or RN-MSN students still needing pre-requisites.
Conditional - If we still need OTS, or if RN license is expiring soon and we need an updated copy once renewed. This can also be used for students that completed prior competency-based programs that did not have a final GPA on the transcript.
Name three commonly missed sections on the Brand Profile page that should be checked during your RA review process?
Date of Birth (compare it to DOB listed on transcripts)
SSN (make sure one is there if the student is using FAFSA. Some transcripts also show SSN that can be compared to what is in Salesforce).
Former Name (make sure any different names present on any documents are listed)

If the student is the service member, we will need a recent LES (check stub), or DD214 if the student is a veteran.

Usually during weeks 2-3. Students must participate in class before funds can be disbursed.

a photocopied military ID card or a VA ID card (for VA employees) - it is illegal to photocopy these documents.
VA employees should send you an email from their VA.Gov email address for us to use as documentation.
