The coordinates of the planet were not randomly determined: they were taken from global chat. 3 hours before the planet was created, VOI1D_STONE successfully baited an unsuspecting player (eatsomedust4) to a (then) empty sector using global/galactic chat:
"In my kindest regards, please consider the following: Amogus Major (67, -68, 4, -9, False)"
Answer: he faked a cordinate.
