A boy washed his clothes in a lake on a camping trip. He hung them on a tree, and in a few hours they were dry. The clothes drying is an example of: a.) evaporation b.) condensation c.) precipitation d.) conduction
a.) evaporation

Describe how a condensation chamber models the water cycle.
The condensation chamber models the water cycle when condensation forms at the top of the chamber. The water droplets become so heavy that they rain. That is called precipitation. When the sun heats up the chamber some of the water evaporates and turns into a gas (water vapor). Since the top of the chamber is cooler condensation forms at the top, and the whole cycle starts again.
