Stainless Steel Insert Stiffener(s). These keep the tubing from collapsing when the fitting is tightened. Copper is more rigid and don't require them.

Valve Box Aligner- Remove stainless steel bolt from the operating nut, remove the nut, place the aligner over the stem and reinstall the nut.

The plug style has a cylindrical valve and lower pressure rating. Ball corporations have a ball shaped valve and a higher pressure rating.
