The underlayment or decking may be failing. The tiles may have been installed incorrectly.

Can we cover alcohol purchases on ALE receipts?

It depends! Drinks with meals can be considered part of their food costs. Going to a bar and just ordering a bunch of drinks is recreational, not a living expense.

Can we pay our PSP MSP (Mitigation Service Provider) directly?

Yes, we pay corporate Servpro / Servicemaster / Alacrity, not the local branch.)

Why do we need to use the Word Processing Self-Service for ROR and Denial letters instead of Forms & Corr?

WPSS allows us to bring in policy language and apply digital signatures.

What are the benefits of RSP?

Helps the insured find a CTR and obtain an estimate. RSP offers a 5-year warranty on their work if the NI uses them for the repairs.

If we wrote an estimate to repair a roof, but the CTR wants to replace it, what can the CTR do to support their stance?

Video call with us to show us their concerns, provide documentation stating why a repair is not possible, provide documentation stating that comparable materials are not available.

It varies! Check Jurisdictional References as needed. Some states do not require them.

What can we use companies like HVACi and StrikeCheck for?

These are experts who can assess heating, A/C, or other specialty equipment. They can confirm the COL and/or repairability of the items.

Damage resulting from human activity, whether accidental or intentional. Footfall, careless handling of tools/equipment, knife cuts, golf balls, etc.
