Fill out Testing Irregularity Form, write down as soon as can what happened so you remember.

What is the protocol for TA cell phones and student cell phones? 

TA's: may have a cell phone for emergency use ONLY, but it must be turned off until use. No photos of test questions or room. Step out of room to talk on cell phone. Sound turned off to text.

Student's: No cell phones in testing environment. Phones from backpacks need to be collected and turned off and left in empty classrooms. No smart watches. No electronic devices at all.
