What is Genuflecting, and what is the correct way to do it?
Genuflecting is showing reverence to God when we enter the Church.
You can Genuflect by kneeling on your right knee, while facing the altar, or bowing from the waist.
You should do this before taking your seat.
What are two ways that Jesus shows us God's love?

What is the Mission of the Church?
To share the Good News of Jesus Christ and spread the Kingdom of God by telling others that:

- Jesus shares the life of God with us and gives us the hope of life forever with God
- All people are invited to believe in Jesus and be baptized in the Church
What happens to our souls during Baptism?
We are freed from original sin, become children of God the Father and are welcomed into the Church.
How should we make the Sign of Peace during Mass?
Offer Jesus Christ's peace to those around you by shaking hands or quietly nodding to them/making a peace sign.
Avoid waving your arms, running to others to hug them and don't ignore those behind you.

Wait for the Celebrant to exit, genuflect when you enter the aisle and exit the Church behind the Celebrant.
Then you can say hello to those around you. Wish everyone a great week, check in on your friends and let them know you'll be praying for them.
Why do we cross ourselves three times while the Celebrant is sharing the Gospel?
As a prayer to God so that His word may be on our minds, on our lips and in our hearts.
To share in Jesus' by continuing His work when Jesus returned to the Father.
