What is DOTW Reference #?
Allows you to view and resend the LPO to the supplier, but only for Direct Contract and DMC bookings.
What is resend reservation email?
We booked manually through WebBeds booking websites.

Supplier that usually have local suppliers.
What is DMC?
An on-request booking was not accepted by the hotel.
What is denied booking status?
This allows you to view, modify and resend the customer’s voucher for the booking.

Our platforms do not have the ability to save their credit card information.

We are either hotels, local suppliers or big travel companies.
Who is suppliers?
Will give you basic information about a service, which you would be most helpful when there is a need to contact a hotel or supplier for assistance.
What is SBS (short booking summary)?
Type of booking that you can identify by having BLUE XML BOX showing in the Booking Details column, No MasterCard logo is showing in the Action links column and the Room Provider/Supplier is a company owned by us
