We use this to greet other Cub Scouts.

Keeping yourself physically strong means taking care of your body as part of this Point of the Scout Oath.

Being true to your family, friends, Scout leaders, school, and community means you are living by this point of the Scout Law.

This looks a wolf ready to listen to it's leader.
