We are supposed to be good neighbors to others just like the good Samaritan was to the Jewish man.

A man goes away on a trip and gives one servant 5 bags of gold, one 2 bags of gold, and one 1 bag of gold. Two servants double the money and the other hides the money and does nothing with it. The two who were responsible are praised, the other is punished for not being responsible.
God has given each of us talents - we are supposed to use those to help others and serve God, not just hide them away.

The Bible helps us to be wise and follow God's direction so we build our lives on the rock.

Jesus gave up everything to save us from our sins. He loves us and sees us as valuable like the man saw the treasure as valuable.

Explain the parable of the prodigal son.
A man has two sons. One asks for his inheritance now and runs away to spend all the money. After he runs out of money he comes back and asks his dad to work for him. The dad is so thankful his son has returned he forgives him and throws him a part. The other brother is upset that the dad has forgiven him and the dad explains that the son was lost but is now found. They must celebrate just like how God celebrates when we come back to Him.

A shepherd has 100 sheep and one wonders off. The shepherd leaves the other 99 to find the one who is lost. When he finds the missing sheep he celebrates.
Heaven celebrates when one sinner decides to follow God and not their own way anymore.

To take care of the land and animals. Take care of creation.
Explain the Parable of the 10 women waiting for the wedding.
5 women had extra oil for their candles and 5 women did not have extra oil. When their oil ran out they had to go and get more. While they were gone the groom arrived and the wedding started. Those who left were not able to join the wedding later.
We need to be prepared for Jesus to return now - we shouldn't just wait until we are older because we do not know when Jesus will return.

Instead of being generous with the extra God gave him the man wanted to keep it all for himself. We should be generous with what God gives us to help serve others.
