Critical Incidents
Any incident involving a Sound Transit Revenue Vehicle (LRV,Sounder, ST Express Bus), a Non-Revenue Vehicle (NRV), on-duty employee, station, facility, or alignment that impacts service.
What is a Critical Incident?
These are on-site Quality Assurance Inspections on third-party vendor contracts/contractors to ensure they are in compliance with the contract made with Sound Transit and that minimum standards of performance are maintained and Support SecOps’ Service Failure chargeback procedure
What are contract inspections?
This is the tracker used to log the sites you visited, how many critical incidents you responded to, how many trainings you received, etc.

This allows the public to access identifiable, non-exempt agency records in a timely manner consistent with the provisions of the Public Records Act. This includes e-mails, Teams Messages, Incident Reports, and CCTV.
What is Public Disclousure?
This is the grade you give on the inspection report for egregious behavior such as committing crimes, doing drugs, or engaging in harassing or discriminatory behavior.

These are dates that are determined based on operational need. Management will attempt to give up to 30 days notice of these dates.
