What are generalist interventions?

The purpose of this level of generalist social work practice is to improve organizational functioning and service delivery, and community well-being for vulnerable populations. As opposed to Macro Generalist Practice practice which focuses on helping others indirectly through policy changes.

This type of research seeks solutions to organizational, community, and service delivery problems. It also addresses practical issues encountered in the provision of social work services to clients and constituents.
