A customer calls because they just ordered Next Wave Crypto Fortunes last night but it’s not on their logins. The subscription is showing as active/regular, receiving magazine in Advantage. These are all the troubleshooting steps that should be attempted before sending a task for a Magic Link.  

Check that logins are showing under the Website Login tab in Advantage, make sure the member is logged into the right website, encourage the customer to view the website on Google Chrome. Advise member to log out, untick remember me and manually log back in by typing in their username/password, ask customer to reset their password through the Forgot Password link. As a last resort, reset password in Advantage to zip code customer verified to you, ask permission to test the logins on your end.
