What is needs note and why do we put them?
Needs notes are a way for CCP's to communicate what is needed for an APP. This is needed because it allows us to effectively communicate between CCP's.
In the case where we cannot clear and ADR discrepancy with CR or LXNX, what should we do? and what are TWO acceptable documents we can use to clear the ADR discrepancy?
