Do you have to participate in whatever your staff plans at BTW?

Yes! Especially if you want gym time and other fun privileges. It doesn't have to be your favorite thing to do but you must be respectful.

Where should you be after you sign in to BTW?

In the room. Not in the hallway, not crowding the doorway, not having social hour at the bathroom or drinking fountain

No! Of course if its something nice or they were a part of a story you are telling that is fine. But in general do not talk about others or their business-you would want them to do the same
