How do we enter and exit the library?
We enter quietly, gently place our library book in the book bin and go to our assigned table seat. Exiting the library, we wait for our table to be called, line up quietly in a straight line by the door and wait for our teacher.

What is the procedure for leaving the library to go to the restroom, office, etc?
Raise your hand and ask permission. Sign out at the hall pass station. Include your name, what time you leave, and destination. Grab the appropriate hall pass for where you are going. When you return, write the time you came back.

You may use the restroom AFTER the lesson (when you are working on activities at the table or checking out).

When you hear the doorbell sound, what do you do?
When you hear the bell ring, you and your tablemates need to clean up your space. Next, stack your book and any papers neatly in front of you and sit quietly at a level 1 until your table is called to line up.When your table is called to line up, you will calmly push in your chair, pick up your things, and line up in at the door.
What are biographies and where are they located?
Biographies are books about real people's lives and the biography section is the first section in the nonfiction area.
