What is an IEP?
IEP = Individualized Education Plan. It's the legal document that tells your teachers and others how we can best help you to be successful in school. The team (including your parents and you) meet every year to decide what to put in the document.
Everyone has strengths and weaknesses. Name one thing you need help with. For example, Mrs. Pardo struggles with hand eye coordination, so playing video games is REALLY hard for her. She also sometimes needs help to spell words correctly.
